It's official, he is fully upright and walking all the time! He chooses walking over crawling YAY!! I was just sitting in a room and he had crawled over to me so I was holding him. I put him down to do something (standing because I have been encouraging him that the view standing is better than crawling) and he just decided to walk away. Not three or four steps, completely out of the room and around the corner! I called Neal and he just walked over to him and put his arms up asking him to pick him up! Where did the time go?!?! 10 1/2 months I am so proud of him! He apparently is going to do things the way Kamryn did meaning WHEN HE WANTS TO. Unfortunately this had to happen at 9:00 tonight so I don't get to make him keep walking since it's time for bed but believe me we will go again first thing in the morning! His favorite word is uh oh which of course he says in his own way. He only says Uh Uh in stead of Uh Oh. My kids are awesome and I am so so so blessed! As for Kamryn, she is learning the alphabet in school and they have done the letters A and B. We take a book or paper and she goes through and circles both the "big A's" and the "little A's". She is LOVING school and other than her teacher telling me that she "has a little trouble with the structure of it" she loves it. The problem with the structure was to be expected since she is my kid but she's working through it. It didn't help that she had to miss a day two weeks ago. Kaidyn got Rosiola so I kept her home just in case since she had never had it. So anyway things are pretty awesome! Here are some of the family pictures that we just took last weekend. I thought they turned out pretty good. I still have to do couples and individual kids for dad's wall. Busy busy busy!

Busy Week!
We got sooo much accomplished this weekend! We moved some stuff around in the kids room, since Kaidyn is not using alot of the baby stuff anymore (receiving blankets, boppy, etc.) we took the changing table out and stuff. There is a lot more room in there now! We moved the chaise into the living room so there is more seating (plus Copper doesn't lay on it so no dog hair woohoo!). Got the garage reorganized thank goodness! Kristin took one of the dressers so it looks neater and allowed at least another foot all the way around which is nice. The kids both have colds (ugh!) already so I fear the fall is going to be as bad as the spring was as far as being sick. We love fall though. We are going up to East Canyon next weekend to take family pictures and I am so excited! It should be perfect up there with tons of reds, yellows and oranges I can't wait! I still need to find something black for all of us except Neal and have only four days so good luck to me! Kaidyn is so close to walking I can't stand it. You know that look they get when they are holding on to something but what they want is just a couple of steps away and you can see them thinking about how much effort it will take to sit down, crawl the couple of steps and then stand up again? When they know how much easier it would be to just take the two steps and remain standing? That's where he's at. He's soooo close! I give it another week hopefully! Kamryn loves school; she has so much fun coming home and telling us all about her day. She has been teaching us new songs that she learns which is fun. She likes to teach them to Kaidyn and make him do the hand actions. I hope she is well enough to go tomorrow. Of course I won't send her if I think she'll get everyone else sick but it will break her heart to have to miss school tomorrow! Here are some pictures from our visit to Heritage Park not this past weekend but the weekend before. It was cold in the morning, but we all had a BLAST! Kamryn hated riding the horses the first time, but once Katlynn and Jackie got on we couldn't get her off! She rode them three or four times and loved it. She always wanted the red one!

Kamryn's First Day of Preschool
Well after a long (but full and exciting) weekend, we had a barbeque at Nana's to celebrate Grandpa and Steven's birthday which meant that we were not as prepared as I wanted to be as usual. Baby Kaidyn is teething (again) so he of course was up at 4:30 this morning which meant I didn't get as much sleep as I wanted either but I got up when my alarm went off so that was good! I opened Kamryn's drapes so the sun could wake her up instead of me (she is grouchy when she gets woken up) but baby Kaidyn took care of waking her up for me so it wasn't my fault anyway. She got up, picked her cereal, got showered and dressed, then we finished her hair and brushed her teeth and she was ready! She asked for her backpack (which she is so excited about) and posed for a few pictures >>>
Then I took her to school for the first time =[ Thankfully when we got there she looked a little nervous and said "no momma sit down". So even though my heart was screaming "YAY she's not ready let's go home", I did what my head said and showed her one of the "centers" (her school has three each day that are directed toward the senses) and then went to stand by the door. A few minutes later she turned around to me and waived and then said "bye momma, I see you later after school. I yuv you!" I said "okay have fun" and then walked out the door, jumped in the car and cried! I have since decided that it is not just that she is getting so big that I am having a hard time with. It's the fact that I DO NOT like to share! I think I need to go back to preschool myself because my biggest issue is that she is MINE and I DON'T want to share her with anyone! It's horrible, I know she is fine and it's good for her and blah blah blah. I just simply don't want anyone else to benefit from how smart and beautiful and talented and perfect she is! Of course once I realized this I thought "I am a horrible person!" haha. Because technically, she's not mine and I only have her because someone else was gracious enough to share her with me in the first place! So, I am fine and I will spare her the few hours a week that she is gone in order to benefit her education and I will be eternally grateful that I have her as much as I do! Of course when I picked her up she came running and was so excited to see me which of course makes everything better! She told me about her day and her new friend Oakley and Lukey and showed me her awesome gingerbread man that she made and then taught me the "everybody clean up" song that she learned today and again I realized that she is soooo ready!
Oh yeah, and Kaidyn ate Spaghetti for lunch!
